About Patrick

I'm a native Washingtonian, whose great-great grandfather purchased 200 acres from the railroad in the Hobart area in 1887. The Peacock family still resides in the original home that stands today. My son is the sixth generation to have grown up and lived on 'The Farm'. It's a special place that I think of as my Shire. The Peacock Family has well over a hundred years of generations invested in the area now encompassing eastern King County. I have a deep understanding of the history and people I would serve as a State Representative.

Military Service

I served as a 20-year veteran in the US Army, specializing as an Intelligence Warrant Officer. I joined the Army due to the attacks of 9/11 at the ripe age of 34. I deployed twice to Afghanistan with the 7th Special Forces (SF) Group, providing direct support to SF Teams. My deployment awards include a Bronze Star and a Combat Action Badge. After completing my five-year Active-Duty service, I became an Instructor at the Army’s Intelligence School at Fort Huachuca, AZ. There, I taught at both the Army Human Intelligence Collector’s Course and the Human Intelligence Training/Joint Center of Excellence. I am currently serving in the Army Reserves

Education

I hold an MBA with a Financial Emphasis from Webster University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington.

Employment

I am currently working as a Senior Industrial Security Specialist for The Boeing Company. Prior to Boeing, I contracted as a Senior Counter-Intelligence Support Specialist, searching for insider threats within Afghan Special Forces. Protecting precious people, information, and locations has been a large part of my life. All our children, individuals, and families must have a safe and secure environment in which to live, work, and study.
